    Show them this thread.

If that doesn't motivate them, nothing aside from burning their place down will.

"Shut up or swallow a nut up."

All that code for 7 words and a period. Binary is so inefficient. Kind of reminds me of Asian languages. 27 syllables to say "Hi, how are you?".

it takes 3 words (and only 3 syllables) to say How are you in chinese... -_-

  8. Back on topic.. we had a neighbor when I lived in a party house that constantly called in noise complaints, looking back on it now, most of them were justified. But did we let that stop us in our revenge? HELL NO! We knew that they were a pretty conservative chistian household, so we took every porn mag subscription pullout we could find and filled them all out with his address. Didn't really stop any more complaints, but it as pretty funny hearing the couple argue a couple times about them.

be careful, offensive speech is protected. however incitement, true threats and fightin words are not protected and carry with it liability.

this tactic along with kaj's terrorist idea could be seen as the equivalent of burning a cross on the dude's lawn.

If so, i know a guy who used to do this sort of thing on teh side, you know revenge, pranks, beatings etc, who lives there now. from what i understand he's mellow'd out but he has a history, i bet you could get him to help i'd be careful how you approach him about it but he LOVES this kind of thing, he'd do stuff and you'd never have to be involved.

    He owns a paintball store.

whoah i just read this for the first time
    what ever happened caz?

yeah now i just read this whole thing and i wanna know damnit. Also if still looking for ideas, you can definitely pay attention to the zoning and the parking and call tow trucks and cops whenever anyone parks illegally, i'd seriously start calling the cops whenever you hear any noise after dark over there, and possibly send around a petition to your neighbors about how much trouble the b&b causes and how you dont like the idea of anyone being able to come into the neighborhood and have access around children/families whatever because of the b&b. blah blah blah. oh, is it handicap accessable? cause if it isnt, you can definitely alert them bitches. they LOVE to cause trouble for companies that dont comply with wheelchair accessibility
oh, and definitely google the place, a lot of times they have ratings sites that theyre a part of and you can spam their rating down and leave posts about the bad conditions, and staff. :p

I don't know what Asian language you're talking about, but it takes me 2 syllables in Chinese to tell you this cousin of mine is "my father's brother's daughter who is younger than me."
Trust me. I know what I am doing.

Sounds like a bad situation all around.

If he runs a bed and breakfast, I can see his want for little noise.. but how do you run a bed and breakfast next to a frat house, or without some understanding before you open up shop?

I would suggest recording everything. He obviously has reason--motivation to get you guys out of there, so prepare to get cited, cause or not. Don't do anything to get your selves in trouble.

I don't think you guys are going to win this one. You might try and strike a deal with him if you have to break a lease. If he balks on a deal, throw the party of the century -- and throw it in the afternoon/evening.
    Hell is--other people!

Sorry... i forgot about this thread. My life has never been as busy and lacking of free time as it is right now.

Here is what has happened so far... I asked our chapter advisor, who is the athletic director at the university, to speak with him in hopes that some sort of compromise could be struck. Because as penryn said its a shitty situation all around. I understand that he is trying to run a business but he is a fuck tard for placing it right next to the University on what many consider to be Greek row (though, no other Greek houses connect to him aside from ours). Our advisor made attempt after attempt (4 in total) to set a meeting with him and he canceled two and did not show up to the last 2. I attribute this to him believing that he had the upper hand given the fact we approached him and he did not approach us. He kept on calling noise complaints and even called in a complaint where he cited that he heard female screams of terror coming from our place (what can I say? she was a freak!), j/k!. All the complaints were fabricated as we have not had a party here in a long time. The cops, despite showing up on a nightly basis have still not ticketed us. They -have- to come off as hard asses when they show up but all-in-all they are cool with us and understand the situation.

So, we have decided to take action. Our chapter advisor has gotten our Alumni on his case. He has been cited twice for allowing his customers to park on University streets and private parking lots he does not own. Because of where is house is placed in proportion to ours and other Greek houses the Alumni are working on getting it rezoned as residential rather then commercial. They also contacted the health department but I do not know if anything came of it.

The Alumni asked us, the active chapter, to stay out of it. However, the guys had revenge on the brain and so they had to do something despite my slightly hindered request that they remain out of it. So... we did what we do best and threw the loudest back yard party this town has ever seen, sponosored by Grimshaw music studios! We had no alcohol on the presence (or at least, that anyone could see aside from brothers), as we did not want to give the police a reason to show up. We did not get a permit but we let the police know what we were doing and they implied heavily that they would not show up untill after 10. Our house is placed right next to the dorms, as such, it has never been an issue to get the whole place to empty out and come over to our house.. so we did just that. We got a popular band from Southern Utah to play and added in some baby oil/canola oil/other shit that is slippery, pool wrestling. The music was so loud that the only place you could talk was in the basement of our house.

I wish we had taken a video of the whole thing, but, we did capture a bit and I had a pledge edit it in vegas video. Here is the result: http://www.zippyvideos.com/612132216...tworks/*danwin

He called and called and a few times we heard the complaint come over dispatch through our borrowed monitor, but the police never issued a call to action.

Since then the police have only shown up a few times and we still have not been ticketed. But lately nothing to big has been going on because have been completely focused on this: http://www.xclan.org/gallery/files/4...7_original.gif

BTW - if anyone knows anything about vegas video then I have a few questions.

Start writing up reviews online about how terrible his bed and breakfast is. Put up pictures of the rats, the ants, and all the other stuff on it. Populate everywhere people look for reviews on that. Also put up a review saying how you got the crabs by sitting on their toilets. Stuff like that.

Also since they serve food you can call the health inspector. Make sure said rats and rotten meat are around. Maybe gather fecal matter to spread around the area as well right before the inspection. Take pictures of the inspection and also post the inspection on any bed and breakfast sites.

Also make sure any zoning or building codes he has to pass, he can't pass...even if he was before.

Start calling in peeping tom calls on the guy. Get him mad enough to come over and then take pictures of him...claim he was peeping on your property and you took pictures of him doing that.

Get fish and eggs. Find a place that you can put those in a spot like a vent on the 2nd story where most people can't get to but will be very good about permeating the smell in the front area.

    Review this document. http://www.bbiu.org/standards.pdf
See if you can figure anything that they are not following. Maybe also see what they could be helped to not follow if you get my drift. Get them into trouble.

Also as a caveat, anytime you do anything, make sure the people doing the actual work have an alibi, or better yet get that crazy friend of a friend of a friend to do it, but has no provable association with your fraternity. Take great pains to disguise any actual members and have a ready alibi suppliable. Like buying a movie ticket with his credit card, and make sure he knows at least the basic plot of the movie....You get the idea.

You don't need to do the stuff corwyn said. Most of those are illegal. What you can do is just call the health department and complain. Don't say anything specific. Just say you got sick from eating there. They'll show up. Business owners hate government regulators. They don't need to do anything, just showing up is a giant headache.

Then you can write bad reviews about them online. Again, don't write anything specific and make sure you don't write anything too graphic. People are suspicious about reviews too out of wack. Just say the place is not good, the service is not good, the food is not good...etc.

Even better, you can write reviews online about how this place is next to a frat house and you just can't get any peace and quiet after 7am and before 10pm. Tell the truth to hinder his business. Nothing illegal. No slandering involved. Just the truth to make life tough for him.
Trust me. I know what I am doing.

    Some of it is illegal...

However yours can get them sued. If there is documented proof the frat house is causing him business issues he can sue. That would not create a very good desired result.

Oh yea.... You can always have a bit of fun and post a bunch of fliers (anonymously) about a sorority party being at his address. Make sure its well publisized. Send some male strippers to the house too.
