    Error on my parents computer

So my parents computer gives them this error message when they boot up their computer. They are running XP and not sure what they did to cause this.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Ive googled and seen numerous supposed fixes but none of them seemed to pan out.

Well I thought about that but I wasnt sure if there were any legit references. I didnt want to just start deleting away, if you can think of a specific reference or that it is safe to delete any references let me know.
